Friday at Chadstone =)

On friday, we decided to drive down to Chadstone for lunch and a bit of relaxation. It was good, maybe cos its been a long time since we've gone to a shopping centre. Chadstone is HUGE and we practically walked non-stop and yet we couldnt cover the entire shopping centre. Lunch at some jap place wasnt good, but the place was great. i do love chadstone, i shall make that my shopping haven in the future!

the busy busy week!

This week was a rather busy week for all! the bro had two essays to do, i had two mid sems to study for, all of which are over now =) but unfortunately life doesn't get better after this, i've an assignment due on mon, a huge law essay due in two weeks!! oh wells! thats part of uni life i guess, life just doesnt get any better till the semester is over!! But i realise that i do prefer a busy life compared to idling around doing absolutely nothing! Well, of course idling around doesnt include shopping which i so terribly miss!

So on tuesday we saw a lunar eclipse!! =) Apparently the next one is in 2011, and by then i would have graduated for a year already,ooo the thought of that is simply awesome! anyway, we witnessed this beautiful sight, the moon started to glow red and all. this was apparently the schedule of the lunar eclipse.

On the evening of Tuesday 28th we will see the Earth's shadow moving across the face of the Moon causing a total lunar eclipse . From Melbourne we are well placed to see all of the eclipse, with the Moon lying high in the eastern sky. The timing of the eclipse is as follows:

Eclipse begins:6:51 pm

Totality begins:7:52 pm

Mid-Eclipse: 8:37 pm

Totality ends:9:22 pm

Eclipse ends:10:23 pm

and we were lucky enough to almost catch every single part of this amazing eclipse! i've photos to show but obviously they werent taken by me, but rather tristan who is way better at taking night shots and all! but it was difficult to get a good shot since the eclipse was mostly visible at extremely dark spots, hence very little lighting. Oh and tris let us try his awesome chocolate balls that he made! IT WAS AWESOME!! it was made of baileys , chocolate cream and a few other ingredients. it was heavenly, just that the cocoa on the outside was a bit bitter but once you sink ur teeth into the soft chocolate cream inside...ooo its simply irresistable! =)

And so the weekend is here again, time really flies doesnt it, but at this time i wish time would just freeze since there are loads of other assignments to do!! the weather was pretty hot the past few days but its gotten cold and windy again today, what a freak weather! ok thats all for now!! , its photo time !

Friday night 'adventure'

And the final verdict after trying the new Chinese Restaurant, is that it is a 'NO GO'! Its so expensive for the kind of food, although its an asian food place its all locals eating there, the service after we paid was junk! Apparently we were below the minimum requirement that we had to spend. It had to be at least 20 per head, but altogether our bill was only 40 something. It was stupid cos the guy made it sound as if we were too poor to eat, but we didnt care, we just paid and left. I think the whole idea of a minimum amt is prettty stupid, its not like we weren't paying for our meal!!! so anyway, we decided never to return to that place again!!

and because we left the place with a pretty empty stomach since we only shared a plate of fried rice, one beef dish and a beancurd dish, we decided that we needed to go in search for another place to fill our stomach! We were planning to head to chadstone at first but we kinda didn't know the way there so we ended up back near the city! Then Andrea suggested that we try this nice French Crepe place that she discovered a while ago! Luckily we managed to find the place with not much hassle! AND IT WAS SUPER YUMMY!!! so much more worth our money than the meal we had before that!! Though the first savoury crepe wasnt fantastic, i think the cheese they used on mine was too strong, but brendan's one which was called 'super complete' and the one gary and andrea shared which was called 'brick' was apparently really good! After having the savoury one, we had a desert one , butter and sugar which the bro and i shared!! AND THAT WAS HEAVENLY!! haha. that totally made the night =) we will definitely return sometime soon!, ok enough of the rambling, i shall let the pictures do the talking!

the WEEKEND is here!!

And so the 5th week of the term ends today! Time really flies!! We're like more than a third through the semester! =) Second semesters always seem to pass really quickly! But week 6 isn't gonna be a great week! I've two tests this week, a qm 2 test and a management of financial institution test! boo! and after that i've two assignments due! Life can only get busier!

Yesterday was a pretty long day! Firstly i had lunch with my old school classmate, nat lee! It was awesome, just two of us, eating good vietnam food, spendiing good quality girl time. i love those fun times. Its so nice to have another fellow mg girl with me in melbs. I had an oral negotiation exercise yesterday, it was pretty interesting. We went to the moot court area on the 5th floor, but unfortunattely i didnt get to see a real moot court, we were placed in one of those holding rooms! but it was good, considering i've never gone higher than the 3rd floor in the law school! My grp is made up of entirely 4th year students, but they are nice and its awesome to mix with older law students cos you get to learn alot from them. Law school is great, except for the assignments though, but on the whole its interesting and i love it =) DInner last night was spent eating maggi noodles at home! COnsidering that i end class at 615 and my bro has a presentation today (which he apparently did awesome at, why am i not surprised? haha ur awesome bro!) , we decided that maggi noodle was our best option! But obviously that wasn't enough cos both of us were so hungry the rest of the night! Well, we decided to make up for it by having a 'good' meal today! Good is in inverted comas because we havent been to that place before. Its called Formosa and its in the suburb, we drove past that place the last time we drove to philip island! Its some Taiwanese restaurant and lets hope it does justice to taiwanese food. Ok, i'll try and take pictures later and post it up soon!

the Long overdue update!

And my blog has been 'dead' for pretty long or rather according to the bro, there is a serious lack of photos on this blog! So i decided to revive this blog back to life, with some pictures and all!

Its been slightly more than a month since i've been back! And this past month or so has been pretty awesome! I think i went to more places then i've been to for the past two and a half years. haha. Anyways, we went to philip island, mt buller and mt dandenong!

OOoo.. and did i mention? we got a new 'baby'! THE ALL NEW TOYOTA CORROLLA! =) yay and thanks to dad that we got this car, now all i need to do is get a licence, which i will at the end of the year. And so life will get alot busier the next few weeks for the bro and i! So its more studying and all to come! Other than that, i guess we are pretty much loving it here down under =) now i shall overload with photos!

A week back in Melbourne =)

Its been slightly more than a week since I came back to Melbourne! But this time, the bro came back with me. Yups, time passes really fast, i was like waiting for the brother to come for two and a half years and now he's finally here =) Its been pretty good so far, haha he's like the guinea pig trying out all my cooking and all. So far, im pleased to say the results have been not bad! Just that im running out of what to cook within the first week or there are days where im just too lazy to move especially on days where i end at 615 where the outside world turns to a complete pitch black and it looks like its time to sleep! Now, i dont have to carry all the heavy groceries myself, i've got my brother to help push our 'pet'--the big purple trolley. i remember the day after we came back we went grocery shopping, and we bought so much that our trolley was overspilling, like majorly overspilling!! haha, that was how empty our fridge was. But now, my house is very well stocked up! In fact, my fridge is too full now that i don't think i can fit anything else into it! Oh and im going skiing on saturday!! YAY!! haha its gonna be fun! the last time i went skiing was my trip to Korea. Since then i've been wanting to ski, but havent had any opportunity! We are taking the bus which leaves at 6 am! ok the 6am is the bad part, i seriously hope i can wake up! I already have greatt difficulty waking up for my 9 am class! But yeah, im sure its gonna be fun! i'll post some pics if i do get the chance to take nice ones! =) Anyway, the bro and i ate Singapore Chom Chom tonight! We shared a bowl of Laksa and pork chop rice. It was not bad, but as usual we didnt manage to finish the large portions they provided. Oh wells, ive a one hour lecture tomorrow and im done for the first week. As for the bro, he has tomorrow off. We're going winter shopping in the afternoon to buy our gloves and his beanie! Oh yes, and most importantly snacks to eat on the bus because the journey is about three hours. That should be all for the update for now! ==) hope everyone is doing well back in sunny singapore!

An hour before i leave for the airport! Time passes really quickly. I'm not flying back alone this time because the brother is finally joining me in melbourne! this means a new roomie and companion =) haah this also means ive to cook properly now, and plan my menu a week in advance! oh wells, im sure that i can handle it!! well, im looking forward to a brand new semester! Every semester brings along with it its own set of challenges and all! But i'm sure its all going to be fun! Here's to a good second semester of the second year! I pray the good Lord will bless everyone richly and that he will look after my brother and i in melbourne and our dearest family and relatives back in Singapore! Will update more when im back in melbs!

its been long

Ok, so its been quite a while since i last blogged. I've been so so busy with assignments and all the best few weeks! To sum it up, the past few weeks were hell. But i guess thats part of uni life. SLeeping at unearthly hours, feeling crazily stressed over the tons of assignments that are piling up on ur table and wondering how you're going to handle all these. But I know God is definitely always there to help, because sometimes when i look at the stack of work i really do wonder how i am going to finish but somehow, somewhere he makes all things possible =) So i decided that i really need to take a few days off before the crazy muging begins for the exam! Tons to catch up on, tons to study! But oh wells, im sure i can go through it again! OO the parents and the bro are going to be in my house in like half an hours time? haha im so excited! its been so so long since our family has been here together! How exciting! =) I'm a happy happy girl! I get to spend quality family time! Oh yes, anyway last night i went clubbing with andrea, gary, and michelle! It was awesome! The music was good except that the place was JAMPACKED! We were squashed like sardines haha. But we had a good time! It was Asians night! so practically everyone there was Asian except for the occasional australians. Ok, the bro just called to say that they are in the cab now! i shall go and prepare to welcome them!! hahaa. till then, hope everyone is doing well back homE! lovelove! =)

End of the easter break

One week has passed by pretty quickly, and now its reaching the end of the easter break. The second half of the first semester is going to begin all too soon. That also means that more assignments and exams are coming up. Yups, its the hectic part of the semester. I've a finance mid semester test on thursday, hope that everything goes well. Well, lets see what ive been up to this week. Nothing much really, besides trying to study for my finance test, researching for my law essay and doing my ob project. Thats pretty much about it. One week isn't long at all, and there really isn't alot of time do everything that needs to be done! Oh yeah, i went to vic mart this morning. My first time going after like a year? haha i was always too lazy to make the trip down. But anyway, managed to get quite a few things, only because i didnt have to carry it cos i lugged the purple trolley today! haha i felt like a real aunty but who cares when it saves you alot of trouble carrying! Although its really hard to move the trolley around in vic mart cos it was so crowded and everyone else had trolleys that they too couldnt handle very well. It was like a trolley fight inside! I've decided to cook seafood baked rice tonight. I bought seafood marinara today and im totally craving for seafood rice with cheese and rice!! Yummy ! Oh wells, back to work now! THis is just a quick update! =)

Start of the easter break

Its the start of the week long easter break. Easter in Australia is really not a good time. All the shops are closed, even supermarts, some restaurants . Its pretty annoying cos its the hols and with all these places closed, it doesnt make the hols any better. Anyway, the easter holidays arent really a holiday. Its a time to catch up on work, revise, study for mid semester test and research for essays. The one week holiday really isn't that long. In fact, i think its too short, compared to the three week holiday they have in uk. I shall remain disciplined and focus this holiday on my work. Anyway, this week was all too eventful. The stupid internet company that im under, really drives me crazy with their lousy service attitude and the on and off internet that has been happening the past few weeks. Talking abt anything annoying, that definitely beats everything hollow. I had to grab hold of them on thursday before the easter break, if not i would be internetless the whole easter cos they would only resume work on tuesday which is a long time away! The annoyingly slow service just irritates you big time, and the guy's crazily rude attitude just made matters worse. Thankfully the problem is solved now, and i do hope it remains that way, though my internet was messing up again last night! Sigh.

Just came back from the supermart. Wanted to stock food up for the week ! Cos i think they are going to close tomorrow for easter sunday! Happy Easter to all of you back home! =) Hope everyone is doing good! Miss everyone loads!

Last week of school before easter break!

Happy April Fools day! haha.its the 1st of April already. Time really flies. Anyway, this week is going to be my last week of school before the mid semester and easter break. Well, april hols are never really a holiday because of the mid semester test and essays due after that. Oh well, but at least its a holiday so i won't have to rush to go to school for that week. I just finished watching the finals of the FINA world championship for swimming. Awesome stuff! In fact, i watched it for the entire week. Seeing Micheal Phelps and so many other great swimmers swim and break world records, its just great! I mean i havent seen a swimming competition with all these people competiting together before, so it was really quite an exciting event.

On a different note, the weather here is starting to get really chilly. Autumn is here! yay but no leaves are falling yet. I think autumn started quite late this year, after the very long and hot summer that everyone totally dreaded! I definitely prefer cold weather anytime! ANyway, this week was quite an emotional rollarcoaster. WIth the crazy stress i felt over something that wasnt even that impt, and just all these crazy emotions that i totally have no control off. Oh wells, guess we all go through that kinda phase when sometimes, we just cant control and decide how we feel, when the emotions are just too overwhelming. I'm glad that episode is over and i'm definitely looking forward to a better week ahead. I shall stay positive and enjoy my week ahead! THe holidays are coming and there is no reason to not be happy! I realised i havent posted any picture so far! Its all been words! haha thats cos i havent taken any photos recently! Yes, i know that is surprising but yeah havent had an opportunity to take any nice ones worth posting. I'll try to soon! Anyway, hope everyone is doing well back home!

Daylight saving!

Just to let everyone know, melbourne is now TWO hours ahead of Singapore!! That means one extra hour of sleep for me! Happyhappy =)

a terribly hot day!

The weather here is simply horrible!
I'm grumpy, tired and very very hot!
The so called rain that just started an hour ago, isn't bringing the temp down!
My phone is running out of credits!
I've assignments that are going to be due soon!
Yet i feel like i'm having a brain freeze now!
Its got to do with the weather!
I had a terrible week dealing with HORRIBLE so calleed 'customer service' people.
So basically, its been a bad week to a certain extent.
Yes, im ranting about everything now.
Ah, i neeed to sleep it off.
Behind every cloud, there is a silver lining.
I cant wait for that silver lining.
i need extra discipline, motivation and all.
I pray for a good week ahead and all.
thats life isn't it? full of ups and downs!

End of the first week of school

Its been exactly a week since i arrived back in melbourne. I had a rather hectic first week and the crazily hot weather definitely makes things alot worse! Anyway, i came back to a brand new house (which of course is the great part), haha but the bigger the house means that there is alot more cleaning to be done. Thank goodness mummy is here to help me clean up and unpack! I didn't realise i had so much stuff until we started unpacking! Its madness. I do indeed have alot of junk for one person! Its a case of bringing all my items here and bringing nothing back to singapore. But anyway, lots of vaccuming , cleaning, laundry and all those stuff were done this week! It was indeed a very very tiring week. But i know that this semester will definitely be alot more tiring than that! So i'll just have to hang in there! Settling down takes a while i suppose, especially after the very long summer holidays. Back to the usual mad rush here. Buying books, notes, running for lectures and tuts. Back to the usual uni cycle, that i probably am getting re-adjusted back after the long hols. Anyway, uni has kicked in and its back to mugging and being super discipline for the brand new semester! I'll post some pics, when i do get the chance to take some! haha. Take care everyone and all are very much missed! =)

MIA--missing in action!

My blog has been 'stagnant' for a VERY long time! In fact, since i came back which was about three months ago! Lots have happened since, HK trip, two wisdom tooth extractions, catching the flu, the worst sun tanning experience that has sent me running under the shades now, and of course the ever so great shopping and catching up with pple i love! Thats what i totally love about the end of year summer hols! The great feeling of doing absolutely nothing very productive ! haha. But nonetheless, its a very much neeeded break and rest to prepare for a very much anticipated hectic year ahead! But im definitely looking forward to all tht is coming. A BRAND NEW YEAR WITH A BRAND NEW SET OF CHALLENGES! =) I'm really kinda looking forward to it. With the brother coming down in july, and me having to get used to having a housemate after living by myself the past two years or so. But its definitely great having a member of the family with you! It makes you feel very much at home! oH yes, and im definitely looking forward to living in my brand new apartment! UROPA! A whole new life embraces me ahead!

Daylight saving!

Just to let everyone know that daylight saving starts tomorrow at 2am. So i'll be three hours ahead of singapore! That means one less hour of sleep too! Blah! i don't like daylight saving this time of the year!

Last day of school!

In half an hours time, i'll be going for my last class of the semester! Finance 101. haha. Wow this semester has whoozzed by so fast. And exams are coming soon!! Ah i still have tons to study TONS !!!! Anyway, i pray that God will create a miracle and that he will guide me for the next 3 weeks. Anyway, yesterday i was being so emotional and angry . haha i wanted GOOD FOOD so badly! I was sick and tired of living on crap food. So i went out to eat! Yes i went out to eat on a weeknight. Oh wells, i had jap food and then i bought myself a chocolate frapuccino from starbucks! That made me much happier! I think it must be the crazy stress that im feeling now! I shant let this evil and stupid stress get into me!! I can do it ! I can do it!!! YES I CAN!!!!! I just need to hang in there for now. A few more weeks and it will all be over! Ok enough of my rambling , i shall go and prepare for school! My last lesson of the semester!! Goodbye semester 2!!! ...OOO i can smell the holidays already hahaha......and the exams ! ah...

Too much too little

Two more weeks to my first paper Macroeconomics. Then one week 'break' (technically its not a break but rather to cramp the other 3 subs in) and then three papers at one go!

6th nov: Introductory Macroeconomics
13th nov: Torts
14th nov: Finance 1
15th nov: Quantitative methods I

This is my exam timetable! So much to cover, so little time! I really need lots of prayer and i know with God's help, i will have the strength to persevere!! I need lots of focus, lots of discipline! AH! I hate it when i find it hard to keep awake or find it hard to glue my eyes to the books! Tomorrow marks the start of my last week of school for the semester and the year! Wow time passes pretty quickly. Ok i guess i'll head to the gym later, it may release endorphines to make me happy, either that or it will make me sleepier! I prefer the former anytime! Ok off to the books now! Torts..torts and more torts =)

EXAMS EXAMS EXAMS!

Ok now that all the assignments are FINALLY over, its preparation for my upcoming exams! Three weeks to the real deal, TONS to revise and study! Im going to mug like MAD for the next three weeks, my next 5 weeks (including exams) is gonna be a really stressful time! I shall hang in there and soon it will all be over!!! GO JAS!! (haha self motivation) If you don't hear from me, im probably somewhere buried under a pile of notes and books! I want to do well this sem and i shall! NO PAIN NO GAIN! yes its definitely gonna be very painful now but im looking forward to the holidays so thats a good motivation! Ok off i go to the books! =) Pray for me people that i'll be focused, have the determination and will to hang in there even when the going gets tough! I pray for God's guidance =)

To my babes in singapore studying for their A levels: Hang in there babes! Its a stressful time for all of us but it will be over real soon! Lets just persevere! I'll be praying for you girls!

HOT HOT DAY!

Its a FREAKING HOT DAY!! Out come the shades, the shorts, the flip flops, the spag tops...Rather than enjoying the sun out there im slogging at my qm assignment. Oh wells, one more day of it! Come on jass! This is semester assignment madness... amongst all these madeness i shall find joy in doing all these. Yes, because after this assignment , its mugging for the exams..ok back to qm! End of break....Start of 2nd half of semester

Two weeks of holiday just zoomed by! Now, its the start of the second half of semester! Anyway, my holidays were good! Dad and mum came down for ten days , and i must say i totally enjoyed those ten days =) Great company, awesome homecook food and all . It felt like i was back in singapore ! Lets see what we did this holiday.... Oh i finally could enter the casino! But the stupid security guy purposely took very long to look at my passport. He kept looking at me , then at my passport, then at me again. Annoying guy. It was totally on purpose! Dad wanted me to test out not taking my passport out immediately and see if they would stop me. He said if they did means i still look young if they didnt haha then too bad, it must be that i look way beyond my years . And they did! haha wonder if that is a compliment! The Crown Casino is HUGE! My first time being in there ! And what a surprise i got when i realised that more than half of the people inside were asians! How bizarre is that! Its pretty sad seeing people gamble their hard earned money away! Dad said he brought me to the casino to show me how people throw their money away! Its quite a sad place really, thats what i feel. Anyway , i had my go at the jackpot machine! haah made quite a loss on the first day! Its just a game of pure luck! No skill involved! So we went there two days in a row, and i made money on the second day! haha yay! Oh something very funny happened! I was like standing behind one of the machines with mum carrying our 'winnings' heh, and then this crown staff approached me! I was quite scared of first, like why would he wanna approach me? DId i do something wrong? hahaha . But in fact, he asked me if i wanted to be a crown member. He offered to give me a card to play with and it had 5 dollar value inside! Of course i said, yes and so i got my membership card! hahahaha. How weird, the poorest girl there gets to be a member! hahaha. Anyway enough about the casino story. We basically spent most of our time apartment hunting! I felt like real grown up! looking at the website for houses and calling up property agents! haha, we went to see quite a few! Pretty fun i must say! But i think so far, one of the apartments, uropa, is probably the best so far! Really hope to get an apartment there! Pray for me people!.So my ten days with my parents were amazing! Thanks mum and dad for coming down! I miss you all already!

Ok, so now for the first week of school since the holidays ended! this week was really hectic! three assignments due this week! Econs, finance and law. Blah! im glad its over but now ive another qm assignment due next fri! Its 4 weeks to exam! scary stuff!! But that means i get to go back to sunny singapore real soon! Yippee! haha tons of things to do when i return..learn driving...meet my friends...try golfing maybe haha...cant wait! Anyway hope everyone is doing well in singapore! i miss everyone !

2 days into my holiday

Its the second day into my holiday now. Well, holidays have been pretty all right so far, except for the assignments and all. I spend my entire weekend just chilling out, going out, watching tv and all. And i wake up at like 930 every morning! haha. Im trying to catch up on my sleep. The weather has been sunny and good the past few days. Except the wind today seems extremely strong, i can hear my windows rattling, leaves rustling and all! Strong wind in melbourne is nothing unusual really. Mum and dad are arriving in 2 days =) Its been pretty long since i last saw them. Last year, i used to see them everyday on webcam and all but now we dont use webcam anymore cos its too laggy and irritating. So our form of communication is the phone! What would i do without my handphone! GOsh, i realise im so dependent on it, guess everyone in this IT savvy era is. Oh on friday i went shopping with michelle! it was a pretty fun day although we came back empty handed! But i explored almost the entire melbourne city. We did random walking where we just walked into tiny lanes , where we discovered tons of small cafes and interesting eateries. I never knew such places actually existed. Shopping here isnt that fantastic, considering that its rare that i dont buy anything when i go on my shopping trips. I just couldnt find anything that i really fancied. Oh wells, i shall save up and wait for my end of year shopping. We took tons of pretty pics too! Think i'll post some here since my bro always says that i never post pics at all! Thats true, i havent posted any pics that i have taken here. Ok i shall do that this time. All right so its photos for all to enjoy now =)

I'm so tired! I spent the entire week studying for my qm test, and finally its over! The paper was pretty hard though, sigh, all that studying didnt really help! Thank Goodness its only 10 percent. At least i tried my best =) Life has been pretty all right so far, havent really gone out much. I realise i stay home alot on aussie. In singapore, i feel the urge to go out every day! Shopping , eating, meeting friends or whatever. But when im here, im a real hommie person. Funny isnt it? I thought ill go out more often when im here but somehow i dont seem to find the time. Another three days to spring break! i cant wait for it! Two whole weeks of holiday! Thats what i really need! Unfortunately, ive 3 assignments due after that. Mid semester breaks are never really breaks cos assignments are always due once school starts. Sigh! But i'll definitely take a few days off to eat, shop and just enjoy myself! I really need that ! But ive tons of catching up to do. I just realised that once school term starts , it will be 4 weeks to exam! How fast!! But that means i get to go back soon! YAY! haha...im looking forward to christmas shopping! =)

I'll be heading out for dinner with andrea and gary soon! Its PAPA GINOS for us =) Italian food! I miss eating outside food! Im so sick of cooking and all. I seem to have run out of ideas on what to cook ! I shall go and look for more recipes and learn a few more dishes! Ok, i shall head for dinner now =) Hope everyone is doing great! I miss you all! =)

I'll always remember all the sweet things you have done for me, the cookies on my birthday, the lovely tags you drop on my blog, the fun times we had in sec school, the outing we had at fish and co where we just sat there for hours talking with pei! I'll cherish all these great memories fi! Thanks for everything!! I know ur leaving for england tomorrow night babe! And its gonna be a while before we'll meet again!! I'm gonna miss ya fi! cold and wet night!

Its been raining the past few days in melbourne. Pretty unusual i must say, considering that melbourne rarely rains and that explains the shortage of water here. But the weather has been pretty weird lately. Melbourne is pretty well known for having four seasons in one day, and i thought that was just some kinda myth, but no it really isnt. There was one morning, where i walked out and it started to rain. I took out my umbrella and had to brave the strong wind and flying rain. Thinking that it was gonna be a wet day, i was proud of myself that i actually remembered the brolly when i came out. BUTT just when i thought i was being smart, the next minute it became so HOT! The sun was shining and all. How bizarre is that!! Yes and then i kept my brolly and after class when i came out it was pouring again! haha . what a weird weather ! But it is this kinda weather that gives you a headache, hot, cold, hot cold... this sucks haha. But its been a pretty cold spring so far. Not the usual hot and sunny spring but a really wet and cold one. Ok enough about the weather.

The september holidays are coming! YAY . But i still have another week to go and one more test to do before the break starts. Time passes pretty quickly, more than half a semester is gone and after the semester break it will be mugging for the exams! WOW thats fast, exams again! I cant wait for all this to be over! I want to go to hawaii and japan at the end of this year!! My bro is going or wants to go to hawaii and i want to go with him! Its gonna be a great brother and sister bonding session! =) What i really need is good breaks and good holidays!! Im really looking forward to my 3 mths break at the end of the year! There is so much to do, learning how to drive, holidays, catching up with friends, spending time with the family and so on. Tons of stuff to do and im all excited just thinking about it! And i want to go to japan too! i love that place!! The land of snow-hokkaido!! I miss japan and i really cant wait to go back there again!! In the meantime, its studying time ...suffer first and enjoy later!! Hawaii and japan here i come!!! hahaha! =)

goodbye...

Its been pretty long since i last blogged, and so much has happened since then. One extremely sad and devastating news. My granddad passed away on saturday the 2nd of september. I was really shocked when i heard the news, i had no idea that the last time i said goodbye would be my last goodbye to my grandfather. But, i know that now his pain and suffering has ended and im sure that he is in a better place now. Like my brother said 'He is a fighter' Yup, he definitely is. He has been holding on for many years and we are all proud of him. I feel kinda sad that i cant attend his funeral and stuff cos im so far away. But its the good memories that ill always hold onto and that ill never forget him. Thanks to all of my lovely friends who comforted me and encouraged me. i really appreciate it =) This is to my grandfather! Goodbye yeye, you will be dearly missed ...

On a different note, i handed up my essay today. Finally ive finished it. After so much research and time spent on it ! Its all over ! But now ive another assignment coming up and a test . But its all good. I cant wait for my September holidays! Its coming in 2 weeks. And my parents will be coming over. I’m really excited and happy =) I haven’t seen them for almost 2 months and I miss them. Guess my family must be really busy now and im not sure if they will read this, but hope all of them are fine and they’ll take good care of themselves. For me, now I realise how fragile life is and we must really treasure our loved ones around us =) . Hope everyone is doing well.
